Standard
Drywall
Wallboard is ideal for most non-critical applications.
Easy to cut and fasten, its tapered edges make quick and easy joint
finishing. A premium face paper accepts paint, texturing and wallpaper
easliy, after priming. For easier, faster, superior 9' walls, be sure
to use 54" wide drywall from Westroc. |
Fire
Rated Drywall
(type X)
The added fire resistance of the special core in Westroc Fireboard
and Firecode makes them an excellent choice for bedrooms, garages,
workshops and kitchens. As well, they reduce sound transmission.
Use two layers for extra protection. |
Moisture
Resistant Drywall (M/R)
On kitchen, bathroom and laundry room walls, you
should consider Westroc Aquaguard. Applied and finished like standard
drywall, 'M/R' has a special water-resistant core and distinctive
green face paper. |
